The Filipino Student Association at the University of Florida is a home away from home for all students, whether you’re Filipino or not.
From our Def Talent Jam dance competition to Barrio Fiesta cultural show, the annual Adobowl tournament to Gawad Kalinga Month, FSA hosts a wide variety of events that celebrates Filipino identity and immerses members in our four pillars of dance, culture, sports, and philanthropy.
Our FSA Philanthropy group engages known and vetted non-profit organizations in the Philippines for activities that enrich our members and help those in need.
FSA believes that KLIK me effectively provides poor Filipino high school dropouts with tools to be productive -gain a high school equivalent diploma and relevant life and digital skills.
FSA wants to help break the cycle of poverty through KLIKme by creating a supportive learning environment that empowers Learners to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
Any amount will help in the KLIKme Program- smartphones, computers, internet service, learning incentives (called Agimats), staff allowances, and training materials production.
KAIBIGAN CHIKA SESSIONS are 1.5-hour monthly interactive learning exchange sessions via ZOOM between KLIKme learners from all over the Philippines and KAIBIGAN volunteers. The next CHIKA session is set for September 12, 2025 at 8pm EST (USA 5pm PST)/ October 26 (Philippines 8am). SIGN UP BELOW TO GET THE ZOOM MEETING LINK.
